
The first picture is konnyaku which was boiled in beef stock, sautéed leeks, scrambled egg and rice noodles. Second is chicken and leeks seasoned with garlic powder and soy sauce, wrapped in yuba, and then fried; the egg was left over from when I tried to seal the yuba. The sauce you see in the picture is a Mizkan’s dumpling sauce. I hated the sauce at first but enjoy it now.
